Get a free email preferabbly a gmail

How it all starts it by getting a free email account either one by Google Yahoo or MSN I prefer Googles gmail because i have to start a Google account anyways to do various other SEO things with, that I will take about in coming posts but for now.

I highly recommend getting a gmail account that is the same name or similar to the domain your wanting to optimize! You will use this email to sign up at the various places we are going to talk about and may want to use it in other ways as well like leaving comments on blogs!

Meta Data keywords descriptions and verification

The next step is to look at your meta datas keywords, description and verification. It is important that all 3 are structured correctly. And have you verified your website via Google and Yahoo? If all 3 of these are done correctly than your website will have a much better chance at achieving higher positions in the search engines!

This is just the start of getting there but a very important step I always tell everyone i know to go to the w3.org website and view the source to see the proper meta data structure for the keywords and descriptions.

At first I am going to write about simple and effective SEO techniques anyone can do to better there own website and the first 3 are very simple and only require you to check to see if your website validates if it has any broken links and finally a spell checker to find any misspelled words. You would be surprised how many website I do SEO for that do not have these one of not all 3 things done right. Getting my API key and starting the blog

This is my post to start up the blog and besides wanting a awesome blog here on WordPress.com I needed to get my API key for my website slash blog. Instead of using Dreamweaver or Net Objects Fusion to build my SEO Everything website I decided to use WordPress to build it with and it has come along nicely.

Of course I get a lot of spam on my pages and posts so having this key will save me a lot of deleting spam time and allow for me to focus on better things, like blogging here or doing work for our clients. Anyways time to publish this post and go add my API key to the website i ll see you later!

Welcome to my new blog here is where I am going to chronicle my search engine optimization for my new website SEO Everything to show everyone out there how to optimize there website for the search engines and to than talk more about search engine optimization in general. Anyone who wants to optimize there website just has to follow the steps to come in the posts its that simple what most companies charge tens of thousands of dollars to do you can have for free.
